HARRISBURG, Pa. –  The Pennsylvania Association of Milk Dealers (PAMD) and Center for Dairy Excellence will host a webinar for dairy processors on Thursday, June 26 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., titled “Navigating Pennsylvania’s Regulatory and Labeling Requirements.”

Karie Williams and Jessica Gehr from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Sciences will discuss regulations and recent changes involving Pennsylvania’s Grade A Milk Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) as well as the basics of dairy labeling and requirements for Grade A and non-Grade A facilities and products.
