HARRISBURG – State Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) invites farmers and agriculture enthusiasts from the 199th Legislative District to attend the free Farmers Breakfast that she will be hosting on Friday, Sept. 19, from 9 to11 a.m., at the West Pennsboro Volunteer Fire Company, 20 Park Road, Plainfield.

“In addition to great food, we’re fortunate to have lined up two excellent guest speakers — Penn State Extension Specialist Andrew Frankenfield and a representative from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture,” said Gleim. “I’m also look forward to sharing and discussing the latest agriculture news from Harrisburg, including providing an update on legislation dealing with two particular topics – stormwater management and food processing residuals.
