
LEESPORT, Pa. – Berks County is searching for the next Berks County Dairy Princess. Girls interested in competing for the 2026-2027 Berks County Dairy Princess title must be between the age of 16 by June 1, and no older than 24. A connection to the dairy industry is a must. For example, a daughter or granddaughter to a dairy farmer or someone who works in the dairy industry. She can also work for a dairy farm or own her own dairy cattle. The new dairy princess will be crowned by the reigning 2025-2026 Berks County Dairy Princess, Brinley Hess, who has promoted the dairy industry in Berks County this past year. Lucy Kerr, Kayla Kehl, and Rebecca Berger will also be giving up their 2025-2026 Berks County Alternate Dairy Princess titles.
There will also be a contest to crown the 2026-2027 Berks County Lil’ Miss Dairy Princess. All contestants must be between the ages of 4-6 and have a connection to the dairy industry. The deadline for contestants is also April 15th to Mikayla at mikayla2329@gmail.com or 484-388-0348.
The new Lil’ Miss Dairy Princess will be crowned by the reigning Lil’ Miss, Jordie Kelchner, who has been traveling across Berks County this past year promoting the dairy industry with the Princesses.
The Berks County Dairy Princess Pageant will be held on Saturday, May 2, at the Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, 1542 Shoey Road, Mohrsville, beginning at 1:30 p.m. An ice cream social will follow the pageant. No reservations are needed to attend the pageant.
