LEOLA, Pa. — The Lancaster County Holstein Association has two events coming up; a picnic on June 11th and a show on July 15th.
The picnic will be hosted by the Walter Zimmerman Family at their farm, 245 Cabin Road, Ephrata, starting at 6 p.m. Highlights will include:
- A complimentary meal for all attendees
- A youth and adult dairy judging contest
- A showcase of local vendors and agribusiness partners
- Activities for the kids
- Door Prizes and more! Please bring your lawn chair.
The Association is welcoming picnic sponsors and donations for door prizes through June 1. E-mail lancoholsteins@gmail.com for more information.
The Lancaster County Holstein Show on July 15th will begin at 9 a.m. at the Solanco Fairground, 101 Park Avenue, Quarryville with Colin Lentz placing the classes.
