HARRISBURG, Pa. – The All-American Dairy Foundation (AADF) Board of Trustees has selected Stephanie Meyers as its new executive director.

Meyers, of Chambersburg, Pa., served on the AADF Board of Trustees and as secretary for the past two years. Drawing on her marketing and communications background, she led the Foundation’s 2026 All-American Dairy Show presence and rebranding effort, including the development of a new logo, booth and marketing materials designed to increase awareness of AADF, engage attendees and generate donations.

In her new role as executive director, Meyers will build on the Foundation’s new brand identity through marketing communications, fundraising, donor development and planning for the 2027 All-American Dairy Show. Her work will focus on increasing awareness of the Foundation and its mission and creating sustainable opportunities to support programs that invest in today’s dairy youth to strengthen tomorrow’s dairy industry.

Meyers grew up showing dairy cattle in 4-H, served as a county dairy princess and was a member of the Virginia Tech Dairy Judging Team. These experiences as a dairy youth helped shape her career in dairy marketing and communications and inspired her commitment to supporting the next generation of dairy youth through her service on the AADF Board.

“I couldn’t be more excited about this expanded opportunity to serve the Foundation,” Meyers said. “I know first-hand how my own experiences as a dairy youth helped shape my career and my contributions to the dairy industry, and I’m excited to help provide those same opportunities to today’s dairy youth.”

The following officers were elected during a recent board meeting to lead the All-American Dairy Foundation’s Board of Trustees for 2026-27

  • John Howard of Willow Street, Pa., chair
  • Patty McMurray of Eighty-Four, Pa., vice chair
  • Charlene Espenshade of Bainbridge, Pa., secretary
  • Jim Osborne, D.V.M., Millerstown, Pa., treasurer

Other members of the Board of Trustees include Jeremy and Becky Daubert of Dayton, Va., and Laura Styczynski, of Pulaski, Wis.

Board Chair Howard said: “Stephanie has made valuable contributions to the Foundation as a board member, and we’re excited to have her bring her marketing, communications and dairy industry experience to the executive director role. We look forward to working with her as the Foundation continues to grow and expand its impact.”

The AADF invests in today’s dairy youth to strengthen tomorrow’s dairy industry through grants supporting All-American Dairy Show youth activities, scholarships and awards. The Foundation relies on the support of donors to help provide these opportunities.

To support the Foundation and its mission, donations are tax-deductible and can be made payable to the All-American Dairy Foundation and mailed to 1021 Pfoutz Valley Road, Millerstown, PA 17062.
